The seeds are organic, and we use natural growing methods with no pesticides, but the business is not certified organic.
What are some more health benefits of microgreens?
By adding living foods to your diet on a consistent basis, you can help improve your overall health.
Living foods contain concentrated antioxidants in the form of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes, and plant pigments. These are nature’s protectors, our first line of defense against free radical damage and toxic build up.
Sadly, most of the foods we consume are depleted in these essential nutrients. Eating living foods regularly is the best way to heal your body, reverse the damage that has been done and protect against future damage.
It’s often hard to hit the vitamins and minerals you need every single day, but eating microgreens is one of the easiest ways to do it.
Do you accept crypto currency?
This is an option. Please email beth@somethingbetterwithbeth.com to see about setting this up.
