Micros are grown in rotation and harvested within hours of delivery. Mixes will change as we move through the season, and I welcome feedback on what varieties you enjoy.
Due to the nature of microgreens, everything kept very clean throughout the growing cycle. Your greens are cut above the soil/seed line. For longevity of the greens, they arrive unwashed. Please wash at the time of use.
